WOW! What a night! We would like to thank all of you who helped us celebrate the Grand Opening of Ump 88 Grill! It was great to see such a large number of individual's from our community there to support us and join in our celebration! We appreciate all of you immensely! Thank you to all our entertainers, C.W. Ayon, Ty Elwin, Daniel Park and That River! Great job guys! Thank you also to the Camber of Commerce and the Conquistador’s for the ribbon cutting ceremony! Also, a big congratulations to all our giveaway winners especially our big winners, Brianne Beck and Jason Clark!

The web-site will also be changing in the next couple of days to reflect the new name. We want to point out that Ump 88 Grill is a Irish Grill with a Flair! We will continue to provide you with the great Irish dishes you love but have also added more variety. Some favorite dishes are our Steaks, Fajitas, Pasta dishes, Burgers, Salads, and Tacos!

I look forward to seeing all your faces again at The Grill when I get my breaks and again thank you for your business and friendships!
